Fiber Turned Fashion
My artworks oscillate between functional and conceptual objects. I like to create fine art pieces that can bridge the gap between form and function. I call these pieces crossover art. Most of their life is lived on the wall as fiber art tapestries or sculptures. But every now and then they can be taken off the wall and worn. This is when their transformative power is most potent. Indeed they are magical objects.
